It is a fact of life that from time to time things take place which bring private individuals and businesses to the attention of the police, Environment Agency, Health & Safety Executive and other bodies which carry out criminal investigations.  These start with the Police and Criminal Evidence Act interviews and may follow with prosecution in the Magistrates or Crown Court.  Often such cases will often relate to one off, isolated incidents (e.g. bad driving, an assault or an allegation of dishonesty) but whatever type of case it is the case will always be stressful and there may be the risk of criminal sanctions e.g. fines or, at worst, imprisonment affecting a person's character and good repute.  Public funding (legal aid) is now significantly restricted and, indeed, this firm provides only privately funded criminal representation work except in particularly complex matters.  You should contact us if you require assistance for:
