Back in May of this year we reported on the ongoing issues facing many people who had taken out a Universal Wealth Preservation Trust, only to find that they were unable to contact the company in order to get back control of their houses, money or other trust assets.

In the three months since then Barker Gotelee has been contacted by people from all over the country who have been left feeling extremely vulnerable and confused by the recent revelations concerning their former advisors. The firm has confirmed that they have been able to advise and assist over 100 clients so far with regards to their Universal Wealth trusts.

Barker Gotelee is further pleased to report that it has already had a number of successful applications returned from the Land Registry, thereby enabling it to regain and secure control of their clients’ properties.
