Barker Gotelee succeeds once again in the Legal 500 rankings
Barker Gotelee is delighted to announce that the firm has again been ranked by the Legal 500 across a number of areas.
Private Client once again received a ranking in the top band for Personal Tax, Trusts and Probate, with several of our professionals receiving praise from the extensive research carried out by the Legal 500 team. The Legal 500 stated that “Barker Gotelee’s ‘knowledgeable staff are polite and friendly, with in-depth knowledge of their subject’. STEP-qualified partner Nick Palmer has 18 years’ experience and is recommended for trusts, tax planning and care fees planning. ‘Caring, passionate’ STEP-qualified associate Ann-Marie Matthews is ‘excellent, very efficient’. Once again Agriculture and Estates appeared in the rankings with Legal 500 saying: “Head of both the property and the agriculture and estates practice Andrew Nicholson has specialised in agricultural law for more than 25 years and is highly recommended for complex property matters. Insolvency and Restructuring features in Band 2, with John Bradshaw named as a Leading Individual in this area. Legal 500 explained, “Barker Gotelee is ‘consistently one of the “go-to” firms for insolvency and corporate recovery work in East Anglia’ and the team ‘always responds promptly and in a professional manner, and the advice given is relevant, useful and easy to understand,’ says a client.
