Barker Gotelee are proud to be part of Free Wills Month, which is running in October 2012. If you are aged 55 or over please contact us and we can write you a simple Will for FREE.

In your Will you may decide to leave a specific sum of money or specific gifts such as jewellery or shares. A popular option is to leave a percentage of your estate to your favourite charity after remembering your loved ones: it protects your gift against inflation and saves you having to decide on a precise sum. Nine major charities are paying for people to have their Wills written or updated during Free Wills Month. Our solicitor will have a list of questions for you, to make sure everything is covered, but it will help if you have thought about who you would like to have your property and belongings – and whether you would like to include gifts to any of the Free Wills Month charities.
