Debra Boggis
Debra grew up in Ipswich before starting her career, initially working at a number of local law firms including Birketts, Blocks and Barker Gotelee. Following these roles, she spent 24 years working for local company Bentek Business Support & Solutions.
More recently, Debra gave up work to care for her disabled mother, which Debra cites as giving her key insight and experience around the vital support many people need as they reach a more vulnerable time in their lives.
As a Barker Gotelee Caseworker, Debra’s role includes:
- Making contact with and visiting clients in their home to identify their needs
- Offering support to clients and accessing appropriate assistance where necessary
- Raising any concerns regarding a client’s safety and wellbeing in line with safeguarding policies
Debra lives in Ipswich and is married with two daughters.
