Emma Withrington

Emma joined Barker Gotelee in 2022 as an associate solicitor in the Property team.

Emma qualified as a solicitor in July 2015 and is experienced in a wide variety of property transactions, including commercial, residential, landlord and tenant, land development and distressed sales and acquisitions. Emma has also advised on secured lending and refinances of property portfolios, estate management and more bespoke property transactions including documenting overage arrangements, Option Agreements, sales and purchases of property subject to occupational interests and conditional contracts.
