Barker Gotelee new employees

Continuing firmwide growth reflected by a number of new appointments

It’s been a busy few months across all Teams at Barker Gotelee, with the appointment of a number of new colleagues.

Firstly, our Private Client Team has grown considerably, with the appointments of Senior Associate and Chartered Legal Executive Kiri Nichols, Private Client Executive Kamila Jaskula, and Solicitor Katrina Drake, and the promotion of Erol Magante to the role of Tax Assistant, Erol having previously worked within the firm’s Accounts Team.

Elsewhere, our Commercial Property and Agriculture & Estates Teams have been further strengthened by the appointments of Partner and Solicitor Catherine Abbott, Property Executive Katie Tomkins, and Paralegal Rohima Begum.

Managing Partner Andrew Nicholson commented:

The Partnership is delighted to welcome our recent new appointees to Barker Gotelee and looks forward to working with them in the next phase of their careers. I believe the ability to attract high-calibre colleagues is reflective of the firm’s continuing success and the manner in which it seeks to nurture talent and provide opportunities for progression. This was further demonstrated in this year’s round of promotions, which saw six colleagues promoted at various stages of their careers. With growth and development comes the need to ensure that colleagues have appropriate support to ensure that they can deliver excellent service to our valued clients. Barker Gotelee has not rested on its laurels in that regard, with the Business Support Team recently being strengthened with the strategic recruitment of HR Manager Claire Howarth and Marketing Executive Hannah Whitlam, both of whom bring a wealth of experience in their respective fields.”
