Holly Holt

Holly Holt is a Partner and Head of Finance at Barker Gotelee Solicitors.

Holly started her accounting career as a school leaver, working for a local accountancy practice, and became a qualified accountant in 2012. She developed her career by moving to a Top 5 accountancy firm, specialising in audit of medium to large sized business covering all industries. This provided valuable and wide-ranging experience of how different businesses operate successfully and over the years Holly has found a passion for working with people businesses and in particular professional practices.

Holly joined Barker Gotelee in January 2020 as Head of Finance, before being promoted to Partner on 1 May 2023. Holly is the firm’s first non legally qualified Partner and, as well as managing Barker Gotelee’s Finance Team, her role now involves working closely with the partnership to implement and roll out a number of new initiatives.

During her spare time Holly enjoys running and yoga.
