Liz joined Barker Gotelee in January 2019 from a City law firm. She works with Clare Richards, providing corporate and commercial advice to a range of clients.
Liz qualified as a solicitor in 2011 and her background is in charity law. During her career she has advised many types of charity, from household names to small grant-making foundations, as well as businesses and individuals looking to work with charities.
Liz believes that even the most complicated legal concepts can be explained clearly and her focus is on ensuring that clients feel supported and that their interests are protected throughout a transaction.
Liz is a member of the Charity Law Association, an affiliate member of STEP (the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners) and a member of A4ID (Advocates for International Development).
