Miles Coates

Miles is a Partner and Solicitor in the Property Team specialising in agricultural property and rural land. Miles spent several years at a major international firm in the City of London, before returning home to East Anglia in 2016 to focus on his agricultural clients. In May 2022 Miles was promoted to Partner.

Miles is regularly instructed on the largest farm, estate and equestrian transactions in the region, and aims to deliver a market-leading service to his clients. He also acts for a substantial number of landowners affected by major infrastructure projects. He advises on the full range of agricultural and rural property matters, including sales and purchases, agricultural tenancies, infrastructure, diversification and the sale of land to developers.

Miles is a keen horse-rider in his spare time.
