At Barker Gotelee we recognise that the times when you need the services of a solicitor may not coincide with the times when you have the resources to deal with the associated costs. Our innovative pay-as-you-go service has been designed to allow you to take control, enabling you to deal with matters in your way and in your own time, all while knowing that you have a dedicated legal professional on hand to guide you when you need support.
Putting you completely in control of your spending, you will be charged only for the face-to-face time you spend with one of our family law team. This means that you will be the first point of contact for all documentation, doing much of the administration yourself, yet with access to our specialist family law solicitors for help with matters such as drafting documents, completing forms, and for advice and guidance on specific points of law – both in and out of court.
