Personal Solicitors Ipswich – Executor cheats relatives out of inheritance
‘Kenneth Lucas left his estate to four beneficiaries and appointed one of them, his grandson Lee Morgan, as executor.
Morgan lied to the other beneficiaries and told them his grandfather’s only account contained approximately £1,500. He distributed this four ways.
Unfortunately for Morgan, his sister found out about a much healthier bank account of her grandfather’s. Initially Morgan denied any knowledge of this, but he had already taken and used £55,700 from that account. He has now been charged with fraud and the other beneficiaries have received their proper inheritance.’
