Personal Solicitors Ipswich – UK’s property taxation is the highest in the developed world

Nick Palmer Cropped

A survey by Policy Exchange indicates that the UK’s property taxation raises more than twice the average level in the OECD group of developed nations.

This takes into account stamp duty, land tax, inheritance tax, capital gains tax and council tax and is 4.1% of the national income – more than four times the amount paid by Germans.
