Probate Court fees increase this week

The fees charged by the Probate Registry are increasing from 26th of January 2022.

The old fees of £155 for professional applications and £215 for personal applications are being replaced by a single fee of £273. This will apply to applications received on or after 26th January 2022.

The fee of £1.50 for each additional copy of the Grant of Probate required remains unchanged.
