Roswyn Bradshaw

Roswyn qualified as an engineer and worked for 14 years selling equipment to the Oil and Gas Industry. For a decade, Roswyn was the main carer for her elderly parents and  loved being at home with her two children.  She feels privileged to have been in a position to take on these caring roles and feels strongly that older people with no family or whose family are unable to advocate for them need someone to speak out for them.

As Court of Protection and Case Worker Manager in the Private Client Team, Roswyn’s role includes:

• Acting for attorneys/deputies where they instruct us to any extent in relation to the personal or financial management of a person’s affairs.
• Responsibility for managing clients’ affairs where BG are appointed attorneys/deputy, including liaising with clients’ family and close contacts.
• Court of Protection, including deputyship applications, preparing annual accounts.
