Toby Pound

Toby Pound is a non-practising Consultant specialising in property law. Toby formerly practised as a property lawyer in Ipswich since 1979, spending 24 years with a leading regional firm before moving to Barker Gotelee in 2003 in order to focus primarily on agricultural property transactions.

Toby specialised in the sale and purchase of farms and large estates. He also advised farmers and landowners on complex tenancy issues and property related diversification schemes.

Toby was recognised as a leading practitioner in this area and, prior to retiring from day to day practice, Toby acted on some of the largest farm and estate transactions in Suffolk including the purchase of the 2500 acre Kelsale Hall Farm in 2012 and the sale of 2000 acre Blackheath Estate Farm in 2015.
