Update your Will Week 2025

The Association of Lifetime Lawyers (LLA), a national organisation of specialist lawyers, has launched “Update your Will Week 2025” (Monday 3rd March to Sunday 9th March). The campaign is aimed at encouraging people across the UK to complete their Wills. The LLA’s research shows 1 in 10 adults in the UK have started the process of making a Will, but not finished.

Having a valid Will in place, protects those loved ones you want to inherit when you die. Almost half of the UK population do not have a Will.

Once you have made your Will, we recommend that it is reviewed every 3 to 5 years, or sooner if your circumstances chance such as marriage, divorce, health care needs or the death of a loved one.
