Updated court fees

For anyone involved in the family courts, there is a price to pay for almost every application made. Paying the wrong fee can result in delay, which could be serious depending on the nature of the application.

The Court has published an updated list of all the current fees, known as the EX50 document. A copy of this latest document can be located here.
