Victoria Spellman

Victoria qualified as a Solicitor in 2001 into the Commerce and Technology Department of a large City practice. In 2007 she moved to a local firm and from there joined Barker Gotelee’s Corporate Team as a Senior Associate Solicitor in 2021. Victoria was promoted to Partner in April 2024.

Victoria is an experienced commercial solicitor who helps businesses with their varied legal issues. For example, business start-ups, trading terms, website compliance and business sales and purchases.  Victoria has a particular interest in intellectual property and data protection.
