Will forger convicted

Victoria Kendrew forged a Will for her partner, Mr Farquharson, after he committed suicide. Two of his friends admitted falsely witnessing the Will.

Ms Kendrew has been convicted and her partner’s estate will now pass to his estranged wife whom he had not divorced. Unfortunately, Mr Farguharson had told friends that he intended to make a will in favour of Ms Kendrew but failed to do so before he died.

Ms Kendrew now faces jail and the two false witnesses have also been convicted.
