Grace Smyth

Grace studied at the University of Exeter and qualified as a solicitor in 2022. Upon qualifying she specialised in employment law. She has 3 years’ PQE, the bulk of which has been spent at a firm in Colchester but with a brief stint at a firm in London. Her experience encompasses unfair dismissal, wrongful dismissal, discrimination and whistleblowing in the Employment Tribunal, acting usually but not exclusively for the employer, along with non-contentious work including advising upon restrictive covenants, redundancies, industrial action, training for HR, and corporate support.

Outside of work, her main passion is swimming but she also enjoys Padel and Pilates too.
